Low-Point Pizza

Who doesn't love pizza, raise your hand. Who doesn't eat pizza because of all the fat and calories? Well that's all going to change! You can load up these perfect little pizzas and still take comfort in knowing they are very low point. Your whole family will enjoy these easy-to-make pizzas.


Low-Point Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 Arnold Select Sandwich Thins, sliced so there will be 2 halves (or another brand of sandwich thins. These look like flattened bagels: Calories - 90, Fat - 1, Fiber - 5)
- 2 Tbs Ragu pizza sauce, any flavor
- Few slices of yellow squash or zucchini
- Few slices of tomatoes (or any other vegetable you'd like)
- Black olives
- Parmesan cheese
- Pam cooking spray
Spray Pam cooking spray in a skillet and grill vegetables for a few minutes using the seasonings of your choice. Toast sandwich thins. Spread 1 Tbs of Ragu on each slice.
